Return and Refund Policy

1. Do you accept returns?

Abookhouse.com will do its best to make sure that all items are in perfect condition when shipped, unless otherwise noted. To minimize cost, we will not accept returns or cancellations once your order is shipped, except, in some rare cases, if a book is defective. In case the book is defective, you should contact us for a return confirmation. We will then send a self-addressed and postage paid label to you so you can ship the book and its accessories, where applicable, back to us in the same condition as when you received it,. Once the defective book and its accessories are received, we will replace your book for you pending availability. You will not be charged for additional shipping.

2. Do you issue refunds?

To minimize our cost, we do not give refunds once you confirmed your order. So please check your order carefully to make sure of your order. In some rare cases if a book is out of stock or if a book is defective and it is not replaceable, we will issue refunds to you if you paid with a check, or your credit card, if you paid with a credit card.

3. How do you charge for shipping?

We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Standard Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Global Priority Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped (no tracking number for Global Priority Mail.) Please see the table below for detailed shipping charges. Please note that it takes USPS Standard Mail up to 15 business days to deliver your order,and there is no guarantee.

4. How do I pay for purchases?

You can send a check (see contact information below), or charge to your credit card. Your invoice/statement will be included with the shipment.
